Miele Auto W842 Rinse Light Flashing?

Hi,
Customer heard a loud mechanical bang from this machine after which it became faulty. It had just a couple of large towels in it.

1. When a wash prog is selected it will fill then after a few seconds the rinse light flashes continuously.

2. If I cancel the program it will empty out ok.

3. If I select a spin only prog it will do the same as 1 above re rinse flashing after a few seconds.

I’m assuming it is not detecting any motor operation.

Any insights to this problem, welcome.

relay and fuse fault done a few. Also check shock absorbers as lots of bouncing can cause this fault
