    Hi, Sorry I haven’t got the model number of this machine yet. I have been asked to look at it, and it is giving error codes ’10’ and ’17’. Can anyone enlighten me?.

    F17 indicates insufficient water,
    F10 indicates no water dispensed

    possibly as simple as water tank not sitting correctly, or not filled to correct level
