miele dishwasher

customer has slimline dishwaher i sold her about 1year ago washes ok rinses ok but when it goes on to drying part she says the machine vibrates very bad.Also we sold her a new 1200 spin miele washer after 1 year the door gasket started to get black stains on it miele said to use milton baby cleaner on it but did not cure it so in the end we changed with a gen miele gasket but now after 3 months the black stains have come back again please help ………………….DAL………….

miele have got a 2year warrenty call them back to sort it

Advise customer that black stains are probably there because she washes at low temp’ all the time, stains are likely to be bacteria or mould growth. Recommend that she does a service wash (boil) every so often.
