Miele dishwasher filling fault

Hi i have a Miele G1022 dishwasher which when started fills for roughly 3 seconds, stops then starts filling again for another 3 seconds and repeats this constantly until there is enough water for the machine to start the circulation pump at which point it brings in the drain pump instead whilst at the same time still filling for 3second intervals.

Also whenever the water is flowing the water light to indicate low pressure is flashing despite there being ample water pressure then goes off again when the water stops.

The flow meter appears to be working correctly as far as i can see.

If you have any ideas for what i could check for would be greatly appreciated.

Check seating of flowmeter, the flowmeter sometimes is too far away from the wheel to pick up the signal, also check cable connections at flowmeter & p.c.b
