hello everyone,
got this call she says the waterinlet/outlet light is flashing before the drying cycle.not too familiar with miele so is there anything i should be looking for.

On that model it means a fault has been registered during the cycle, you have to go into service mode to see actual fault, PM me for details.
Faults that arise in these are float switch activated by leak, something stuck in non return valve at pump, you can check this from inside the dishwasher lift out the filter, see non return valve held in place with metal clip, be careful when turning pump impellor, sometimes broken glass there.
Flowmeter or heater relay also worth of checking. Check that inlet water filter is not bunged up, they have a timed fill so this can cause problems.
