been here today for a letting company which has not been used for about 2 month and is full of rancid water the drain pump sounds jammed but i didnt fancy sticking my hand in the tennant is going to empty it out and i am returning toimorrow.question is is it accessable from the inside as it will prob be something in it or not?

You should be able to see the impellar after removing all internal filters.

Remove base plate (4 screws) and pump is twist locking type
