    Machine is 3.5 years old. Power switch wont stay on, lights up but have to hold button in, nothing happening, any suggestions and how expensive could it be to put right pls? I think the model number is correct, it is my friend’s machine. Any help would be most appreciated 😀

    Sounds like you need a new on/off switch then, your local Service Engineer should be able to do it for you.
