Does anyone have any suggestions please?
I have Miele G858SCVI plus-3 dishwasher that is not behaving, which is great just before christmas.
The Inlet/ drain light comes on. Usually this indicates a drain problem, but I have investigated this, cleaned it out and the machine drains fine. I can pour water in and it drains away.
So Im thinking an inlet problem. Water supply is OK. It goes through a Bitron 903 which is an ‘aquastop’. This has no separate electrical connection unlike some posts i have read. The plastic filter in the end of this is not clogged.
    What could it be?
Is it time to call in a professional, or is there something simple i have missed?
    thanks

may be overfilling, check the fill system, they can get blocked and cause overfill and then register it still has water inside even though it has drained

Any water in it when turned on is drained out, but no new water is pumped in to start the wash, then the indicator light flashes. The manual says that means the water pressure is low. could the bitron aquastop thing be blocked preventing water flow into the unit? Ive cleaned the filter in the top of it, it looks OK?
