miele dishwasher problem

hi can any one help? a miele dishwasher g638 plus,
it comes on ,fills, sprays and turns for about 2minutes ,then stops and the inlet/drain light flashes

Most likely cause would be a faulty pressure switch – the one that is attached to the wash pump. If that hasn’t operated when the heater is due to come on the inlet/outlet light will flash.

Other possibilities are low water level due to faulty inlet valve or low pressure.

could be leakproof system…tip machine to one side..if water comes out of bottom…thats your problem….fidder

Did one similar on Sat, there was not enough pressure to operate the high pressure-pressure switch hence no heat. Stripped down the circ pump and found the blades of the impellor completely clogged with debris that was awkward to clean out. never seen anything like it before and one to watch out for in the future.
