Hello all, hopefully one of you good people can help please.this evening I was cleaning the filter in the bottom of the dishwasher,I do this on a regular basis.
However on this occasion I have managed to push what I can only describe as a small silver cylinder and it has dropped into the interior of the machine.
I removed the plastic panel underneath the door thinking I’d be able to get some access but no joy.
Machine is well out of warranty but aside from the odd filter clogged error(f13) it pretty much runs like clockwork.
Help please?
If you can’t get acces through the front, try taking off the side panels and see if you can get access that way. You should be able to pinpoint the location by looking on the inside to see where it was seated.
It should be a simple matter of pushing it back in, make sure the seal in is place when you do so or you’ll have a leak and more problems.
Anyway had to put the machine on its side and access the NTC sensor from underneath via the bottom panel, there was no access from the side.
However after pushing the sensor back in place the machine now runs for a few seconds and then trips the RCD.
Can only think that by lying the machine down some water must have got inside some of the electrics :/.I’m going to leave it till morning then try it again, hopefully it will have dried out!
