Miele dishwasher starting and stopping G858SCVI PLUS

Hi folks,

The wash motor wasnt coming on at all so I removed the motor and removed some plastic blocking the impellers.

The wash motor now comes on but after about 30 seconds it stops, it then pauses for about 20 seconds before starting again.
The wash motor does this start stopping about 5 times before flashing the inlet outlet light.

Any ideas please?

Have you tried again after 24h? because sometimes when you work on circulation pump some water could entry into heating relay or even at pressure switch…

Hi,

Thanks for the replies, yes I went back this week to double check things and its still doing the same.

Might try a pressure switch as can’t think of anything else.
