Customer complains that machine leaves clothes wet although tub is drained of water, says “1st rinse LED (4th LED down) flashes during spin” and machine “doesn’t kick into high spin speeds”.

Does this 4th LED indicate faulty motor brushes?

fault codes on this would be amazing 😉

covering others work this week and this job is a long way away 🙁 trying to save a little time, so thanks for any answers guys.

Rinse LED flashing means no signal received from tacho when motor should be running.
Normally its worn brushesbut can be cable loom, connections to motor or p.c.b or the p.c.b itself thats faulty.

hey, great, thanks for the insight.

I thought, pressure system, tacho, brushes, PCB or loom to blame 🙂

customer says the m/c was intermitten fault, but now it ceases to spin at all, that adds up to the brushes i think.

I will post my findings when i call with set of brushes. Thanks again

turned out to be burnt out wires on the motor terminal block, wires that were from the tacho 🙂
