Miele G1142SCi flashing 3 leds

Have a Miele D’W G1142 SCi to go back to, it was not emptying, i’ve taken a piece of glass from pump impellor, replaced cover & non-return valve.
Dishwasher drained away water but flashed top 3 leds in a row, (wash rinse end) won’t take in water, have checked that theres no water in base, float switch not activated.
Any ideas?
Any service info?
