    Customer complains of going through progs too quickly and not cleaning properly.

    She says it heats but not as much as it used to.

    Have checked it and it seems to run ok. As its integrated have not pulled it out but was able to view base from front. quite dry and no leaks.

    Any possible suggestions please.

    Check the NTC, it may be faulty and may be shutting off heater too early.
