    Customer tells me the machine heats and washes fine on 70 deg cycle, but when set on the lower heat cycles 35 deg ect. the Rcd trips. sounds unusual to me, but anyone come across this type of faults or any pointers please. John

    Multimeter/Megger time i’m afraid.

    Check heater obviously, not sure if this one has a fan or not for drying but have a look at it if it has, was a problem with the drain hole from fan blocking & excess moisture causing tripping from memory.
