    Initial fault was no heat.Heater element ok.Replaced relay as old one had badly burnt contacts.Still no heat.
    Machine fills then washes then stops.Repeats this wash & stop business a dozen times then aborts prog.
    Did a search on ukwg which revealed that a partial block of the wash pump can lead to this condition. Took wash pump off no foreign bodies evident.Checked all the pipes were clean,re-assembled & bingo it heated & washed for 15 minutes,drained & the problem re-occurred??
    Now what,pcb? Could be time to call a Miele engineer?

    its the pressure switch clipped on to the wash pump. very common issue. part number 6996820

    Thanks. Replaced pressure switch,all good.
