    Hi
i bought a replacement aquastop inlet valve/hose for the above dishwasher online but the 1 they sent had a different flowrate so im asking would i get away with it
or are flowrates critical or does above machine know when it has enough water through sensors
or is it based on time ie turning on inlet valve for set time with the set flowrate inlet valve that it expects to be there so suppling the amount of water..

the 1 i got was 2.5L/min the orig was 4.1L/min
    thanks in advance

most units measure the water entering the unit nothing is based on time only. They have to deal with different water pressures so as long as your water pressure is ok it should work

    Thanks Dave
i actually swapped over that little coloured flow regulator in the aquastop behind the filter basket before seeing your reply
and had read someone with same miele old aquastop of 4.1L/min and got a 2.5L/min and it was giving Fault F13 and he swapped the flow regularors over and it solved the F13 fault, and i could clearly see the diference in hole diameter between the 2.5L/min (4 smaller holes) and the 4.1L/min(4 larger holes) and its on its test run now and so far so good

    thanks for the quick reply
