Miele G5430SCBR Dish washer…or other

Hi, We are buying our first dishwasher, just me and wife in house usually, apart from some sundays when grand kids are over and Christmas.
So wife wants a free standing slimline and has found this model Miele G5430SCBR..expensive compare to others but being Miele maybe worth it?
Just wondering is thereanymore recommendations before we buy the Meile.

It’s a well known fact that the build quality is not the same as it was ten years ago and that goes for Miele as well. They still represent good value and are still in front compared to the others. The equivalent Bosch is near to £500, will the Miele last longer? Who knows but if it’s well cared for with salt and rinse aid it should give you good service for quite a long time.

Totally agree with build quality nowadays and not just whitegoods.
Wife likes the Meile model I mentioned, so think that will be the one.
