    Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. 😕 The spring on the dispenser door is fine, but the catch that releases the door at the appropriate moment, seems sticky. The wash seems fine when the soap is released so Idon’t think there is a problem with the water heating or pumps etc. Any help much appreciated.

    possibly a loose connection or faulty solonoid, unplug b4 exploring
