MIELE – g638 filling when on ‘stop’ and draining

hi!
i have a problem with this dishwasher … i suspect a programmer/module fault????

the dishwasher is filling all the time even when it is in the ‘stop’ position.

Any ideas anyone????

Had an identical fault here about 6 months ago. Problem was the electronic board failed after the connections to the waterproof system shorted

You’ll need a new electronic and repair the connections to the waterproof or you’ll be doing it again

If there is supply at valves , change electronic. If there is water coming in while suply is off you possibly need new water-proof valve.
These have 2 valves in sequence so if on fails second one should stop water, what sometimes happens is that grit gets trapped in valve & doesn’t shut off completetly.
