Miele G646 Dish Washer

Problem is that it doesnt seem to heat up enough and the soap disp. isnt opening.
Also she says it leaves the crockery wet.
have checked heater it all seems ok.
Any suggestions on this one please.

temp sensor in sump? heater relay? wire break? also has a seperate pressure switch for heater mounted near motor? will only put heater on when enough water is circulating! if my memory serves me 😕
solinoid on dispenser a possibility
