My miele g646 sc plus has started leaking into the drip tray and then onto our tiled floor. I’ve had the drip tray off and there was a couple of drops of water and white water stains internally on the right side, viewed from the front. It’s impossible to see where it’s leaking and I was wondering if the side panel can be removed and run the dishwasher on a pre wash to see exactly where the leak is coming from?

normally side panels can be removed

last one i had leaking on the right was the hoses coming out of the motor and going to the middle bar. was leaking where the pipe goes through the stainless tub

Thanks Dave. Any idea how to remove the panels, there are hidden fixings on the top edge of the side panels that are hidden by the lid and can’t find how to remove the lid

Found the fixings, as you suggested they are hidden under the front lip, took them out, top slides forward and up to separate. Found the leak halfway up the right side on what looks to be a plastic water reservoir leaking at a rubber seal attaching to some control. Unfortunately can’t upload the photo

be careful who you order from as quite often its cheaper to order direct with Miele
