My son has just acquired a secondhand Miele G646. When he tried it out the top spray arm is touching the plates and looks as if it has dropped a bit. Tried to screw it back but with no luck. Does this mean a new arm? Otherwise all working well.

You can raise and lower the basket on miele’s pull basket out and there should be some levers on the side so you can raise,lower or even tilt the baskets to help get bigger or more awkward pots, pans etc in.
