Turn on, Select a prog, close the door – nothing! (other then i think i can hear a couple of quiet clicks from control panel) after about 15-20 secs the Inlet/Drain light flashes continuously. There’s no water in the base, Ive checked the filter in the aquastop, Water pressures fine, Checked the non return valve etc – all fine. I’m now thinking it must be the aquastop itself. Would i be along the right lines.

possibly duff drain pump…..should drain at beginning of cycle,but if pump has leaked into base it may have also seized

Theres no leak in the base at all, and the propeller turns freely from inside the sump and in the base. could it still be the drain pump anyway?

sounds like the aquastop matey? have you checked valve with a meter?
you can do this underneath machine thin black cable with small plug on the end with brown and blue wires!!! or the float microswitch might be worth checking? get a few burnt out ones!!!
