Miele G665SC/1 (D/W)

There is a small spray arm in the top of this D/W..It has come adrift, I am unable to re-attach it..I am presuming I need a new arm and the female thread unit it connects too..I dont do many miele repairs, so could anyone advise me what parts are required and there numbers if possible. so I can order !!..thanks John

Positions 10 – 50 come as part number 3992110.

Number 70 is 3992152.
