Miele G675SC – 16/17726982 dishwasher

Machine is not filling to the correct level. I’ve checked for blockages in the pressure system and it is clear. That really only leaves the pressure switch, but before I order what is likely to be a quite expensive part, I thought I would ask if ayone has come across this. Am I missing something? Cheers. Is the machine filling very slowly, if so its normally waterproof valve at tap .Can only be changed as an assembly part no 5268992 £100.53 +vat
Take fill hose off at machine end and see what flow rate is like.

Hello Clayside, I checked as you said, and it is the flow rate as you pointed out. What is the purpose of the double valve? As there is only one supply, I assume that the second valve is a pressure related system of some sort. Cheers. Steve.

Two solenoid valves are in series, if one fails (stays open) you still have a second one to shut off water supply.

Thanks for that Seamy, I can see the idea behind it, but it’s a new one one me. I had a word with the customer, and they were more than happy to take a chance on a single valve replacement at a fraction of the price. Thanks for the help lads. Steve.
