We have a large Miele integrated fridge which worked perfectly for a number of years.
Recently it has started freezing things, especially in the lower part, including the salad drawers.
We have checked the drainage, pulled it out and hoovered the back, added extra plinth ventilation, but with no success!
    HELP! Many thanks, Sue

Hi Sue can you post the model and index number, to identify your exact unit.
    Regards,
    Tony.

Hi, sorry for the delay Tony, I’ve not been well.
Model number is K9412i and I THINK the index number (is that a serial number?) is 82/96206770.
We assumed it must be the thermostat and have looked for them online. However when my husband took off the front panel where the thermostat dial is, he could only see a circuit board, nothing that looked like the ‘

Repair kit Temperature sensor’ available from Miele!

The index number should be located at the end of the model number an example is 20B-164, this is important for production period

Checking the parts diagram, I would suggest a sensor failure, and would be the best place to start, you can obtain one on here, part number 9590206, this is a Liebherr part that will fit your unit.
