Does anyone have any service info on this FF- evaporator has build up of ice – left customer to defrost and phone me when defrosted – would like to go armed with some info – als anyone know who supplies parts ?

Look for the usual things like door not closing or sealing properly. Have had to change the fan motor in a couple due to slowing down.
