ModeratorJust received a video from a friend with a Miele Novatronic W864. Water has just started pouring out of what to me looks like the hinge on the pump access door. Any ideas of cause?

Moderatorgot it
thats the filter not closed properly
on Miele to drain the filter you open it half a turn and it drains exess water out of that tube
the only way it can leak is either
A its not closed properly
b the seal is damage or something is stopping it closing like a small stone (had that )Dave
