miele motor

hi guys,
miele W865 Sn. 00/49018420

customer says that a segment on the motor has gone by the sounds of it.
can anyone give me a part no for the motor please.
are they easy to replace?is it best to take the front of the machine off or from the back/below?
are they a one out one in job or has there been modifications on them?

Front opens up like a cupboard door, motor can be dragged out from underneath after undoing a couple of bolts. It’s also ther heaviest wash motor ever built, so be warned 😀 . Never seen a blown one mind you, though fitted a few sets of brushes.

Hi John. Part no 5328274. £295.19 +carr + VAT
motor comes out as said but it is not the heavey one.Easy to fit with front open.Have had a couple with segment missing from com. Regards clayside
