MIELE NOVOTRONIC T220 TUMBLE DRYER NO HEAT

Hello there I have a problem with a Miele T220 tumble dryer. There is no heat on any dry program heater checks ok and thermostat above heater ok. The Anti crease/finish light comes on when you select any program. Any help anyone? Thanks James.

Try it on “timed drying” program. All other programs are sensor dry & heater will not be engaged if wet clothes are not sensed in drum.
Paddles in drum are used to sense resistance between them & drum. If you take off top you will see a slip-ring with carbon brushes runnning on it which make up the sensing circuit.
