Miele or LG washing machine

Hello we are about to invest in a new washing machine. We are looking at LG and Miele 9KG washing machines.

The machine will be used for 2 adults and 2 children. We currently use the machine twice a day and the clothes are line dried or indoors when we have bad weather.

I have been looking at the Miele WCR860 which i can get for £1500 we like the modern look compared to our old Miele. I am just concerned that a touch screen is asking for trouble and won’t offer the longevity we are used too. Any other model I should consider?

The mother in law has a LG and we can’t believe how silent it was. Her model is F6V909BTSA which can be bought for about £750. I have no experience of LG and wondered do they match Miele for reliability?

Should I be looking at any other brands models? Any advice appreciated.
