miele or neff?

Evening all,

Like so many folks on here the choice for anything is mind boggling! so any help would be much appreciated.
Having looked and chatted I have ‘narrowed’ my choice down to 2 manufactures – miele and neff. I have miele washer already and think it’s the puppies little bits, but this was bought after much digging and comparing. So I did the same for my dishwasher and stuck trying to choose between 1272/82 miele and the S55T59 /54T09 neff

I believe the meile wash is a tad hotter and I like the idea of a top tray for the ‘sivlerware’

So gentlemen and ladies any downside to either?

Hi Garryl

The Neff appliances are some of the best around and for a reasonable price in the integrated world, service is nationwide and the two year standard warranty is a good plus.

The Miele on the other hand is an even better appliance and as you say you like the extra features. Miele also has the standard two year warranty as well.

Miele do like to have the service side all for themselves though and the spare prices are much higher than the Neff.

If you are going to purchase this sort of ticket price machine you would do well to make your purchase before the end of the month as January sees virtually all manufacturers price increases on all products due to the wekening of the pound against the dollar and the Euro.

Many thanks for the advice (again)… hadn’t even considered the price increase in Jan, which is pretty poor as I actually mentioned to a friend the same thing when he was looking at a new TV! maybe next time might even listen to my own advice.
So it seems either would be a great choice, so will pay my money and take my choice.. shame your in the wrong part of the country would gladly buy from you.
