Miele Oven – Help Please?

The lock on my Miele pyrolytic oven has locked shut because there was a power cut during the cleaning process. I’ve tried the ‘alleged’ unlock it procedure which didn’t work. Oven is about 7 years old.
Miele can’t come until !!21st July!! and then want to charge £92 minimum call out.
Does anyone know how I get the door open?
Is it likely it can be repaired?
Or should I just go & look for a new one now & save the call out charge?
Any advice or help Please? (apart from takeaway suggestions that is)
