Has anyone had problems when buying parts from Miele over the phone?
I bought a part £100.11 incl. vat and carriage. When I got my credit card statement I have been charged £ 130.57.
I phoned and they said this had never happened before, and they had set up a new system.
Of course I have had to pay the credit card bill and wait for them to tell me whether it is them or the card company fault.
Beware buying from Miele.
