Does anyone know if the soak function is for a cold soak, or is it maintained at the temp selected for the wash?

If my menory is correct machine soaks with cold water from 30 minutes to 2hours in 30 minute steps. Machine then uses this water for main wash.
your can download copy of instruction book from miele.co.uk then go to customer support / instructon books.

Thanks guys. I have the instructuions that came with the machine but they don’t specify! (or at least I can’t find it :rolls: )

Hi

Reading the instructions I would say it`s cold soak only which can be set for a length of time from 30 minutes to two hours in 30 min increments.

The definitive answer would be to phone Miele direct on 01235 -554455
