Mieli Pro Vent Dryer

Type Gt04Hi Its The First time Iv worked on this Model Had a quick site of it on Friday. Not Drying very Well tried to inspect the heater But Failed there’s only a inspection plate in the back with access to a probe only.
The heater is Warm (Hot to Hand when i touch the back of it)
it Seems to be Low Heat when I Check Cloths inside .Q How do i gain access for the heater and stats is it from the front (Basicly is It A strip down? :rolls:)
Anyone got a bit of advice or a drawing please
