Miele professional PW6065 problems

I’ve received in workshop this Miele machine with complain: when it’s choused an wash program with more than 40 degrees into rinsing stage it’s taken water thru hot water valve (clothes are hot after final spining).
I have checked all and tried to get into service menu but I fall down into “DEMO” with foreign language… Now I can’t get out from there and perhaps I still have first problem.
Who can help me with service info/manual for this machine?

In user manual it does not say anything for getting off from DEMO… 👿

Seamy I have user manual… It isn’t usefull at all… isn’t say there nothing about how to get out from DEMO, neither other details for servicing…
For ex. only in service mode you can change preset language; how it is connected to water supply (cold or hot) etc…

P.S. The info can be in any language: Deutch, English, Francoise or Italiano :help:
