Miele PT7135C Condenser Tumble Dryer

Dryer runs on Iron Dry Normal for about four minutes then stops. I checked for blockages etc, all seems ok, and it ran ok on timed dry. NTC perhaps? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Cheers. Steve.

did you run it with wet clothes in

if machine does not detect dampness wont heat and aborts prog

what i do with miele’s ia get a wet peice of kitchen roll or a wet cloth (wet not dripping) and balance it on the brush gear at the top of the machine

Thanks Dave. Yes I did check that it wasn’t just a customer misuse problem. There is definitely a problem here but there is no fault code, just a technical fault message in the display. Steve.

miele sense the drying by using a brush gear on the drum

are brushes and wires ok ?
