Hi all, got one of these not working from a customer today,
First off, how do you take it apart??
I removed all the filters and cleaned them and all the inside before working on it and my son plugs it in when i’m not looking and hey presto, it’s now working.
I can’t seem to fault it other than i think the motor sounds rough, but i’ve never used or worked on one before so…
I stinks too, from pet hair it would seem, and i’m not sure now if the smell is just from that or whether it’s the motor struggling causing some of the noise and the smell.
Anyway, sure as s@#t when i give it back it’ll fail again so i’d like to be armed when i get the call.

    Anyone?
