Miele T/D T7644C Indicates ‘Full’ Tank Even When Empty…

Hi Folks,

Not been to this yet.

Complaint of reservoir water draw indicating that it is ‘Full’ even though customer has emptied it, so machine won’t start.

Insights appreciated.

I think there is a switch at the back,that activates the “tank full” light.. Thats probably faulty,or stuck, or pump itself faulty
