Miele T234c tumble dryer.

Hope someone can help!
I have a miele T234c condensing tumble dryer which is not heating. Not the first time this has happened and I’m sure not the last! Between mine and my parents over ten years I have replaced the safety cutout thermostat about 6 times successfully, however the recent replacement has only lasted a few weeks. From previous experience I now know to clean condenser filter thoroughly but I’m wondering if there are any other hidden filters that maybe blocked or was it just a faulty replacement?
The part was a miele replacement from espares.com which is the normal place we go to so not a cheap bit!!

I’d be looking at the fan for damage or blockages.
