    Hi
    I have a t294c dryer with no power to the heater.I know it needs damp clothing before it will work.I wonder if anyone knows the value of the thermistor/ntc on the heater, this one read 100k at room temp,seems a little high to me.

    Isnt it a one shot type ? 160 degrees..

    My mistake.. They have a front and rear NTC

    Book values are 140k at 20C & 10.6k at 85C. If the element, thermostat, rear/front NTC, & wiring are all in order then it poins in the direction of the standalone heater PCB Just over £120 i think!

    Martin no it wont work on a timed setting.I did check the relay coils on the pcb at the rear, they were ok.
