    Tumble drier light on but wont do anything.Checked door m/switch and on/off switches all ok.Relay mounted on fascia a bit crisped along with the plug. Would this cause the problem?These machines are rare in this neck of the woods-so I dont know much about them except spares are expensive.

    Yes would go for relay. Had many, normally model T366-2 three push buttons on switch. Relay part no 2631162 £59.67 + vat from 01235 233133
