I have to go to this tumble dryer, it is not heating. I don’t think I have seen this model before, and would appreciate any help as to what the problem might be before I go. Any ideas?

Normally its a TOC or in rare cases a heater, very rarely though. I’ve only changed one or two heaters in 10 years. Just understand that Miele tumble dryers have an automatic residual moisture sensor that cuts off heater after a few seconds if in auto programme. If testing put it in timed drying program. The auto sensor’s carbon brushes can be seen when you take top off. Check them for wear & change if needed.
