Miele T430 not drying well

Hi i have been to a Miele t430 which is heating but not getting really hot. i replaced the worn carbon brushs and cleaned out all the air channels, vent hose and grill in wall but its still not working too well. The customer reported that the 3 lights which tell which part of the cycle its on don’t light up as well.
i don’t have any experience on these. i opened up the front, took off the base and undid the allen bolts inside the back of the drum to try to get to the heater but concluded that i must have to take the drum out which i decided not to do without getting some advice. i tested it with 3 wet dish clothes by the way. So do you think it could be a thermstat fault or could it be a problem with the heater? i would really appreciate some help and advice

Theres normally a wiring diagram & in these tucked away somewhere which should help with the heater circuit, have you checked the fan is not blocked?
