    Customer reported the door opening by itself. I checked it over but found no fault. She reported the same problem again so I took it into the workshop and tested it for a full day. No fault found. Any ideas please. Thank you.

    usually due to overheat – check the heater relays and make sure ducting isn’t blocked . maybe removing it to bring in has proved blockage in the external duct ?
