    Hi Guys
    When you press the start button the light goes to finish and the dryer wont start.Can you help?

    Sounds like there is no laundry in machine. Automatic programmes will show finished if no laundry is sensed in drum or if clothes in drum are dry.
    When testing, use TIMED DRYING cycles.

    Anti crease/finish can also flash if programme selector is moved after programme is started.

    not on a t5213… as these are a clockwork timer… they still have the slip rings for sensing,but will still do at least a 5 min cycle….
    sounds like the start relay is not locking in… or one of the microswitches on the door lock is not correctly actuating…
    the relay is the one just next to the push button switch once the panel is open….
    might be time for a replacement as these machines are at least 15 years old by now

    thanks guys
    You can hear the relay clicking, but nothing happens,the door switch looks like it is one unit.
    Any more suggestions?
