Miele TSJ663WP_WH Heat Pump Tumble Dryer Clicking noise

The tumble dryer is making a loud clicking noise. Miele came out and said it was normal. I recently sent them a recording of the noise and they replied …The technician I have spoken to Mr xxxx has confirmed this is normal operating noise for this range of dryer.
It’s the sensor brush running on the band that you can hear which is normal. Normal! Can someone please tell me they have the same. It only started 4 weeks after the machine was bought.

you would need to find out if it is the brushes making this noise.
there is metal strips running round the drum the brushes run on, it could be one of those strips has moved a bit making it make more noise than when it was new
