miele tumble dryer T586C

Have this meile T586C and the heater nad thermostat have gone. Spent about 1hr stripping it down to test the heater which i faound but cant work out how to take it out. PLease help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😕 😕 😕 😕

I newly got it out but it seems that the manifold at the bottom will also have to come out. But still cant work out how the heater will come out i have taken the drum plate off which is held in by 6 machine screws. but thiis seems to have rivots also which are connected to the heater metal ducting in some way. really confused.

Drum is secured by three Allan bolts visible through the holes in the back of the drum.

are they easy to spot because i can only see 3 nuts that are for the heater. must have missed the other ones. is it right that the heater is £150. approx

As you look into drum, backplate section comes off. There are machine screws/allen head screws. Two of these are hidden & you may have to turn drum to locate these. Heater can then be located & is secured by 2 screws these can be removed & heater assembly taken out. 2 Thermostats on early type heater & one ‘stat on newer type.
